Yoga Anywhere: Morning Yoga for Tightness

This week on Yoga Anywhere, I am joining you from Antigua, Guatemala for a morning yoga practice for a tight, stiff morning body! This practice is designed for all levels! We start with some breath work, a slow warm up and then moving into a few key parts of the body that I find are constantly stiff when I first wake up. You will leave this practice feeling ready to conquer the day!
